End of Master's Degree Project

The Master's Degrees conclude with the preparation and public defence of a Master's Degree Project (EMP), which must be completed in the final stage of the studies and will be oriented towards the assessment of the skills associated with the degree.

The EMP will consist of the preparation of a professional project in which the competences acquired in the degree are integrated, so any work that may be carried out by a professional in the labour field can be undertaken as an EDP. There are three types of projects depending on the format of the document and the objectives set: Engineering Project, Technical Study and Research Project

As a general rule, the EMP is 12 ECTS in the Qualifying Master’s Degrees and 9 ECTS in the Master's Degree in Operations and Unmanned Aircraft Systems Engineering; 9 ECTS in the Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture; 9 ECTS in the Master's Degree in Sustainable Land Planning and 15 ECTS in the Master's Degree in Project Management.

In order to be able to formalize the registration of the EMP, a maximum of 75 credits, excluding those corresponding to the EMP, can be pending to finish the studies.
