The "USC Engineering" Open Degree is a new option in Spain that allows students to begin their university education by freely choosing subjects from 4 different degrees in the field of engineering during the first year of their degree and then decide on a specific degree (Agricultural and Agri-Food Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Chemical Process Engineering, Forestry and Natural Environment Engineering).
This option makes it easier to learn the basics of different disciplines during the first year and, afterwards, allows students the possibility of following the degree pathway that best suits their career and training expectations.
