Quality Policy

The Higher Polytechnic School of Engineering’s aim is to train the best possible professionals in the fields of the engineering degrees it offers (Agricultural, Forestry, Agrifood, Civil and Air Systems, Geomatics, Topography and Landscape Architecture), to promote scientific development in these fields and to preserve, create and disseminate knowledge to help society in general, and Galicia in particular, to achieve its social, environmental, economic and sustainability objectives.

POLITICA DE CALIDADE ASINADA

The School is aware of the importance of quality in the university context in order to be able to guarantee training programmes that respond to the demands for excellence in the university context. Therefore, the main objective of its quality policy is to work to be a training and research reference centre at national and international level in its own fields, and to be a model in the efficient management of its resources, with a quality training offer in degree and postgraduate courses in which teaching methodologies are used to develop the personal and autonomous learning abilities of its students. In addition, it is committed to the labour market insertion of its graduates and is receptive to collaboration with society (professional colleges and associations, with companies and institutions and, especially, with its graduates).
