    • Operational equipment
    Low and medium angle X-ray scattering (SAXS/WAXS).

    • Equipped with:

      • X-ray microsource with Cu anode (λ=0.154nm).
      • Pinhole type focusing optics composed of double-bounce Montel-type multilayer mirrors (Astid 2D).
      • Platforms for multi-samples (solids, liquids, capillaries, fibres...):
        • Temperature control module from -10 °C to 120 °C.
        • Temperature control module from ambient to 350 °C.
        • Temperature control module with N2 flow from -150 to 350 °C.
        • Liquid sample flow cell module.
        • GISAXS module (ambient to 500 °C).
      • Vacuum sample chamber with XYZ positioner.
      • Detectors:
        • SAXS: Eiger2 R 1M, with SlideMaster movement.
        • WAXS: Eiger2 R 500K.
