  • Operational equipment
Mass spectrometer with QTOF type analyser.
    • Chromatographic systems: nanoUHPLC (nanoELUTE, Bruker), UHPLC (ELUTE-OLE, Bruker)
    • Ionisation sources: ESI, APCI, APPI, nanoESI (CaptiveSpray®)
    • Ionisation modes: positive and negative.
    • Dual Ion Mobility Module (dual TIMS), which enables Parallel Accumulation of Fragmentations in Series (PASEF technology).
    • Acquisition types: MS, bbCID fragmentation, AutoMSMS fragmentation, PASEF fragmentation.
    • Applications:
      • Proteomics: Label-free identification and quantification of digested proteins,
      • Analysis of intact proteins: Direct and column analysis.
      • Small molecule: Screening (identification of known and unknown compounds), quantification, on-line extraction prior to chromatographic separation, ion mobility.
