Microcal ITC 200 is an essential tool for the study of biomolecular interactions. It allows direct, unmarked measurement of thermodynamic and affinity parameters. The heat absorbed or emitted during biochemical bonds can be measured directly giving information on affinity (KD), stoichiometry (n), enthalpy (∆H) and entropy (∆S).
