    • The 3730 xl automatic sequencer has 96 capillaries and is capable of analysing five fluorophores simultaneously per capillary. It is used for conventional DNA sequencing and for the analysis of fragments necessary for the genotyping of molecular markers such as microsatellites, AFLPs, SNPs, SSCPs...
