Os alumnos procedentes de países de lingua diferente ao galego, portugués ou español deberán acreditar o nivel de lingua galega: Celga II, ou española: B2, consonte o Acordo do Consello de Goberno da USC do 30 de xullo de 2018. De non posuir algúns dos títulos, a USC realizaralles unha proba de nivel e, de non superala, deberán asistir a un curso intensivo de galego ou español no primeiro semestre até acadaren o nivel requirido.
O alumnado de primeiro curso por primeira vez a tempo completo ten que matricular 60 créditos. Un 15% do alumnado poderá cursar estudos a tempo parcial (30 créditos).

La Coordinación del Máster, en colaboración con la Comisión Académica del Máster y el profesorado realizará reuniones de coordinación para favorecer la integración de conocimientos, evitar vacíos o solapamientos entre los diferentes programas que conforman la titulación, realizar un seguimiento del aprendizaje del alumnado, poner de manifiesto los problemas que puedan surgir y buscar soluciones de manera conjunta con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y una docencia de calidad. Asimismo, se designará un coordinador para cada una de las materias y por medio de las tutorías presenciales y virtuales se mantendrá una estrecha interacción con el alumnado.
Además, la universidad dispone de diversos servicios para el apoyo y orientación del alumnado durante su trayectoria universitaria, que se describen a continuación:
Asesoramiento y acción tutorial.
- Informar sobre las características académicas de los estudios y sobre sus salidas profesionales.
- Informar sobre el régimen de acceso y permanencia del alumnado en la Universidad.
- Informar sobre los derechos del alumnado y asesorar sobre el modo de ejercerlos y/o reclamarlos.
- Informar, a nivel general y en los Centros, de las becas y ayudas convocadas.
- Promover la creación de becas y ayudas y proponer a las Juntas de Gobierno las acciones a llevar a cabo en materia de becas, ayudas y exenciones.
- Asesorar en la búsqueda de empleo. En esta línea se realizan varias actuaciones que tienen como finalidad atender necesidades de información y orientación laboral. Ofrece información sobre salidas profesionales, prácticas, ofertas de empleo, direcciones de empresas, ayudas y subvenciones para el autoempleo.
- Asesorar en la creación de empresas nuevas.
- Programas europeos.
Dispone también de planes de acción tutorial que asigna profesorado tutor a cada estudiante para ofrecer asesoramiento académico en cuanto a las opciones y la orientación de su proyecto académico y profesional.
Asimismo, informa de los recursos y servicios que la Universidad pone a disposición del estudiantado y de la información sobre el funcionamiento general de la misma, sobre los aspectos administrativos, académicos, de gestión y de participación en las estructuras de gobierno.

The research aspect of the program, through the subject "Research Methodology in Business Management", will allow students to develop the following specific competencies:
- Knowledge of the most relevant research methods in business administration.
- Ability to design a research project and to interpret the results and to draw relevant conclusions.
- Knowledge of the requisites that the measure scales of the constructs used in the research must fulfill.
- To design a a survey and data processing using various statistical programs.
- Knowledge of the fundamental databases for research in business administration, as well as the knowledge of impact journals in business management and the publication process.
- Knowledge of the structure that a research project must have in order to be published in an impact journal (JRC).
- Ethical sense of business management and administration
- Ability of critical reasoning
- Ability of analysis and synthesis
- Ability of planification and organization
- Ability of argumentation and communication
- Ability to integrate and work in teams of diverse composition
Mobility
Student mobility is regulated through the “Regulation of inter-university exchange.” Exchange programs are managed through the International Relations Office, such as national exchange programs (SICUE) as well as Europeans (ERASMUS) and from outside the European Union (exchanges with Latin American countries or English-speaking countries):

Internships
The optional subject ‘Internships in a Company’ must be taken by the students that want to get the Master's Degree for professional orientation. These are programmed in the second semester so that the students will possess the major part of the competencies developed in the obligatory subjects. The main aim is that students develop competencies through their immersion in a work environment representative of the future professional context.
The specific activities to be carried out will vary depending on the position and the organization (company or institution) in which the student carries out the internship, always linked with the established competencies. Each academic year a list of the companies and institutions with which collaboration agreements have been signed will be made public.
The Master’s Thesis will consist of the planification, elaboration, presentation and defense of an original project that demonstrates the acquired competences throughout the Master’s Degree. This project will include, at least, tasks of bibliographic search and review, reading and integration of information, elaboration of outlines, writing, presentation and defense of the final work. depending on the topic to be dealt with it may also include an empirical part or a case study.
For the planification and elaboration of the Master’s Thesis and its defense, the tutor will guide and advise the student about the documentary sources to be used, the format and the structure of the project, and, finally, about its posterior elaboration and presentation.

This project will include, at least, tasks of bibliographic search and review, reading and integration of information, elaboration of outlines, writing, presentation and defense of the final work. depending on the topic to be dealt with it may also include an empirical part or a case study.
For the planification and elaboration of the Master’s Thesis and its defense, the tutor will guide and advise the student about the documentary sources to be used, the format and the structure of the project, and, finally, about its posterior elaboration and presentation.
