The Faculty wants to be recognised in the university and social context as a public institution of higher education that undertakes training programmes of the best and most appropriate quality for its students, and that responds to the needs of the nearest educational and social system, as well as to the demands of the labour, technological and research market, while ensuring professional development conditions for its teaching, research and service staff, and that is socially accountable for the investment and optimisation of its resources.
The Faculty of Teacher Training is aware of the importance of quality in the university context in order to guarantee training programmes that respond to the demands for excellence in the university context.
Taking the quality policy of the USC as a reference, framed within the development of its strategic plan, the Faculty prepares its policy, marking the development of training programmes as its main objective, which are guaranteed by a quality management as a key, strategic element to establish a commitment of maximum effectiveness with our stakeholders.
The Faculty of Teacher Training directs its efforts towards fully meeting the needs and expectations of all its stakeholders, committing itself to using all the technical, economic and human resources at its disposal, always in strict compliance with the applicable legal requirements.
