Students from a member country of the European Union, or from a country with which there is an international agreement, can access the USC as long as they meet the requirements for access to university in their country of origin.
Students that have a degree, a qualification or have studied in countries outside the European Union or in other States with which there are no international agreements that are equivalent to the Spanish studies that give access to university (baccalaureate, higher vocational training technician...), can access the official studies for a degree in the USC by validating their studies to the Spanish educational system.
If you are a student from a member country of the European Union or a country with which there is an international agreement, you have access to a Spanish university as long as you meet the requirements for access to the university in your country of origin.
