This course aims to strengthen the critical thinking skills of university students to identify and analyse global challenges and develop attitudes of transformation and commitment to the 2030 Agenda and other frameworks to question the prevailing global system.

  • This course aims to strengthen the critical thinking skills of university students to identify and analyse global challenges and develop attitudes of transformation and commitment to the 2030 Agenda and other frameworks to question the prevailing global system.

  • The online course follows a self-training methodology. Students will go through theoretical content accompanied by practical exercises to increase their understanding and generate interactive dynamics. The course will include:

    • Interactive activities that address the content of each module, reflective and active (not counted towards the certificate).
    • A final questionnaire at the end of the three modules, the passing of which (minimum 65 % of the maximum score), will lead to a personalised certificate of participation.

    Accreditation of 1 ECTS (25 hours) for university students of all branches of knowledge who complete the course.

    • Module 1: "Intersection of oppressions: Patriarchy, Capitalism, Colonialism" is developed from the contents on capitalism, neoliberal globalisation and the crisis of capitalism prepared by Luis González Reyes and adapted by Fundación InteRed and Nodo común.
    • Module 2: "Sustainability of life and Agenda 2030: caring for people and the planet at the centre" is developed from the contents on interdependence, eco-dependence, capitalocene, care and ecofeminisms prepared by Charo Morán with adaptation by Fundación InteRed and Nodo Común.
    • Module 3: "Feminism and decoloniality: proposals for cracking the hegemonic system", prepared by Eveling Carrazco, adapted by Fundación InteRed and Nodo Común.
