EDP

The degree studies conclude with the preparation and defence of a End of Degree Project (EDP) which must be carried out in the final stage of the studies and will be aimed at assessing the skills associated with the degree.

The EDP is a subject that consists in the preparation, by the student, individually, under the supervision of one or more academic tutors, of an original project in which the training contents received, capacities, competences and abilities in research and communication, acquired during the studies of the Degree, are integrated and developed. To be able to present the EDP it is necessary to have all the credits of the degree, except those of the EDP.

The EDP is formulated as a first research work of the students of the Degree. It is recommended that, in terms of structure and content, it should be planned as a research project that could have culminated in an article that can be published in the discipline's own scientific journals and/or presented at scientific conferences, with a length of between 30 and 50 pages in which the student has ample space to demonstrate their knowledge of the status of the problem to be investigated; the objectives and planning of the work; the material and methods; results; discussion; and the conclusions.
