Management of scope, time, costs, quality, risks, human resources, communications, acquisitions and integration. Management and sustainable planning of the project. Identification of sustainability factors. Quantitative / qualitative analysis of sustainability opportunities.Treatment and control of responses. Communication, information and motivation tools. Subject quarterly, with 9 hours of lectures distributed in three hours a week. The labs will be conducted in groups of 20 students, with application of methodologies and techniques to specific cases. Realízanse six labs sessions (2 hours each). Finally you have 3 hours of tutoring in small groups.
Students perform in groups of 3 students each proposed memory practice
The use of virtual USC platform will streamline the information flow bidirectionally between student and teacher, printing agility
Continuous evaluation, completion and submission of reports of practice final exam and attendance (minimum 80%).
The final grade is obtained by weighting the memories of practices (30%) and final exam (50% of the grade of the final grade), leaving 10% for attendance. You must obtain a minimum of 4 points in the theory grade.
Unless the student wishes to improve, grades and attendance practices will be held for the 2nd chance and subsequent calls.
Students who are granted dispensation from attendance must sit the exam after handing in the practical work. They are advised to contact the teacher as soon as possible in order to make a specific plan.

Attendance at all teaching activities. Consultation recommended bibliography. Make frequent use of the tutorials for any type of issue related to the subject and especially with the memories of practice. Bring up the subject.
Para la realización de tutorías, así como para mantener una comunicación directa tanto entre los propios estudiantes como entre éstos y el docente, podrán realizarse a través de MS- Teams o bien, mediante correo electrónico.
Materia en extinción en el curso 2024/2025, sin docencia pero con derecho a la evaluación con el sistema especificado para estudiantes repetidores.
