The ÍCARUS programme is an initiative from the Valuation, Transfer and Entrepreneurship Area that aims to stimulate university students to reflect on the social and economic application of the knowledge contained in their end of degree, master's degree and doctoral theses projects.
ICARUS 2024

ICARUS is aimed at the entire university community of the campuses of Santiago de Compostela and Lugo and includes all areas of knowledge taught at the University of Santiago de Compostela:

  • Arts and Humanities
  • Experimental Sciences
  • Health Sciences
  • Social and Legal Sciences
  • Engineering and Architecture.

The USC awards more than €20,000 to the end of degree, master's degree and doctoral theses projects, with the cheapest social application, through the ICARUS programme.
