Guided tours for educational and leisure purposes

Routes scheduled throughout the course. Consult links and information of interest for more details.

    • Read carefully the information prior to the route.
    • Register only in the routes that are adapted to the physical and technical capacity of each person.
    • Minors must be accompanied by a person of legal age (father, mother or guardian) who will be responsible at all times.
    • Carry the health card, ID card or passport and the federation license in force (whoever has it). As well as the cell phone number provided when registering as a user of the USC Sports Area, in case it is necessary to contact any of the participants at any time during the route.
    • Wear hiking shoes (not just any sports shoes).
    • Follow the indications of the guides at all times. Do not make individual decisions that may affect everyone, even if they are minimal, and even less without previously notifying the guides or any of your companions. Never lose contact with the group or remain absolutely alone, under any circumstances.
    • Those who wish to do a medium difficulty route for the first time, before registering, should contact the Sports Area of the USC so that it can evaluate, in an objective and global way, for the benefit of all, its impact on the development of the route.
    • Those interested in attending the 4-6 day outings must meet one of the following requirements (to safeguard the correct development of these outings in terms of risk, organization, and the organization of the event)

    • Comfortable and appropriate clothing (warm and waterproof clothing, gloves, hat, etc.).
    • Comfortable shoes suitable for hiking.
    • Backpack with food and water for the day.
    • Sun protection.
    • Use materials and clothing appropriate to the route and the season in which the route takes place.
      • Wear warm clothes and waterproof clothing, hat and gloves in winter.
      • Use sunscreen (creams and sunglasses) especially during the summer and snow.
    • Use hiking poles.
    • Carry a personal first aid kit.
    • To process the federative license.
      • Advantages:
        • To have a sports accident insurance.
        • To be able to use the Galician refuges (at very reduced prices) and those others that have an agreement in force.
