      Mandatory insurance:
      20,69€ (Students who formally enroll in their own Postgraduate courses, Continuous Training and Training Program, will also be included the amount of mandatory accident insurance and travel assistance for USC students, as established in current regulations (Council Agreement Government June 29, 2009) and will be issued together with the 1st liquidation of registration. Except in the courses that are 100% virtuous, considered these by academic year; and in the cases in which the students have paid this same insurance in a USC degree in the current academic year.)

    • Access requirements

      Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho. Podrá ser admitido el alumnado al que le falte cursar un máximo de 9 créditos ECTS para obtener la titulación de acceso requerida. No obstante, en este caso, no podrá obtener el Postgrado quien previamente no obtuviera el título de Grado.

      Evaluación continua (participación en las clases a través dos foros, etc.) y presentación de un Trabajo Fin de Postgrado con defensa oral (virtual) ante Tribunal.

      Materias: 1º.-Marco general: la irrupción de la tecnología en la Administración de Justicia (8 ECTS) 2º.- Justicia y nuevas tecnologías (9 ECTS) 3º.-Justicia e Inteligencia artificial (5 ECTS) 4º.-Elaboración de trabajos académicos (TFM) (8 ECTS).

    • Postgrado impartido telemáticamente (no presencial) con clases ASÍNCRONAS.

      Observations

      Los viernes de cada semana se subirán a la plataforma todas las clases, materiales, etc.
