- To develop managerial skills in the organization of a group of undergraduate students in charge of the development of an engineering project.
- To encourage effective leadership, with an ethical commitment, applying basic management and direction tools.
- To train students in the valorization of human capital through effective communication, detection of weaknesses and strengths, professional motivation and conflict resolution.
- To generate skills for the acquisition of responsibilities, time management, critical vision and decision making.
- Improve the ability to transmit scientific-technical terms.
- To introduce students to the use of useful tools in the technical and temporal monitoring of projects.
Project monitoring methods: preparation of schedules, computer tools. Application of the theoretical concepts introduced in the remaining subjects of the module to the management of a project related to chemical engineering to be carried out by students of the Degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as other degrees with contents related to the development of chemical process projects.
