The Valuation, Transfer and Entrepreneurship Area (AVTE) is responsible for the integral management of the process of transferring research results and the dissemination and promotion of the entrepreneurial culture among the university community. AVTE identifies results with commercial potential; manages patents to protect them and negotiates and establishes licensing agreements; and promotes the creation of companies based on research results.
