Summary
This paper aims to analyze in detail the functioning of recruiting processes in Temporary Employment Agencies and how various factors influence these processes, such as their position outside the organizational structure of the client company or the lack of information regarding the job position. Based on existing scientific literature and information provided by experts, an exhaustive description of all the stages involved in selection processes is presented (profile definition, recruitment, tools, and procedures). Furthermore, a wide range of evaluation tools is examined, and a comparison is made with their application in Temporary Employment Agencies. Finally, a series of suggestions or recommendations are proposed, which can be implemented by the staff of client companies to improve the person-job fit achieved in the selection processes conducted by Temporary Employment Agencies.

Summary
This study had a dual objective. Firstly, it aimed to identify the differences between men and women regarding the perception of experiencing work-related stress, exposure to workplace stressors, general health, and occupational performance. On the other hand, this study also sought to examine the percentage of variance in occupational performance explained by stress variables, the perception of being exposed to workplace stressors, and workers' general health levels for both men and women. With a sample of 93 employees from Spanish companies, it was found that women reported significantly higher levels of work-related stress than men. However, no differences were found between the two groups in their perception of being exposed to workplace stressors, their general health, or occupational performance. Regression analyses, however, indicated that when the three variables are included in the analysis, women’s performance is explained solely by general health, accounting for 20.5% of the variance in performance. In the case of men, work-related stress and health were the variables that significantly explained performance, but not the perception of being exposed to stressors. Together, these variables explained 30.9% of the variance. These findings suggest that gender may influence how work-related stress is experienced and its effects on performance. The results of this study are discussed in the paper.

This research work is a study and analysis of how the well-known coffee company Starbucks applies the four main functions of this science, Planning, Organization, Management and Control; to remain as the company it is today. Focusing mainly on Starbucks Spain, as the amount of information resulting from analyzing a company of such size could be overwhelming, a tour through the four phases mentioned above is made, Emphasizing the various functions that are carried out in each, confirming that Starbucks performs them correctly or suggesting ways in which it will do so.

Summary
The aim of this paper is to analyze Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as a strategy to integrate sustainability into business practices. Where environmental concerns are becoming increasingly important, organizations must align their human resource practices with environmental sustainability objectives. The GHRM seeks to minimize the environmental impact of business activities and encourage employees, thus contributing to a more sustainable organizational culture. The paper also examines the Green Supply Chain Management (GVCD), due to its importance with the environmental impact they have on society. The research is based on a qualitative methodology that includes a literature review, case studies in the food sector and a comparative analysis to identify best practices and areas of improvement in the in the implementation of GHRM. Aspects such as green skills development and environmental motivation, assessing their impact on sustainability and organizational performance. The ultimate goal is to offer a vision of how HRVM can contribute to creating a work environment that not only benefits the employees, but also promotes environmental stewardship, while aligning with environment, aligning with global trends towards sustainable and responsible development.

Summary
This final degree project (TFG) addresses a sociological study of people, how and why they face marital economic regimes, always emphasizing the separation os assets with a prior legal study of all them that teaches us what this entails and means in the marital future. Likewise, different types of articles are analyzed, investigating and searching for the reason for the choice of the separation of assents, among all of them, we navigate between these options that may be due to the economic impact or demographics trends (among others) trying to demostrate why it is believed that this would be the most interesting of all and the guidelines that are followed within it. The articles are not very exhaustive on this topic, the final objective is to have a formed and argued idea of everything that the regime entails and what may be the reasons why it is the one chosen.

This Final Degree Project will study the legislation applicable to teleworkers known as digital nomads in matters of Social Security. At the same time, the situation of digital nomads in Spain will be analyzed, specifically in relation to their contributions and the benefits to which they may be entitled to request. This will allow us to visualize, in the clearest way possible, the situation of digital nomads when it comes to listing in Spain and the limitations and opportunities that this implies. To do this, both national legislation and European regulations and bilateral agreements signed by Spain on Social Security matters will be taken into account.

Summary
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the strategic management of human resources in a SME, in this case the company Martínez Otero, evaluating the functioning of its processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses and proposing improvements to optimize the acquisition and management of talent. For the development of the analysis, several methodologies were used. Firstly, the PESTEL and SWOT tools were applied to examine both the external factors that affect the company and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats linked to human resources management and the general management of the company. A survey was also conducted for employees about the selection process and some general aspects of their work. In addition, to complete this information, an interview was conducted with the human resources director to obtain more detailed information about the selection processes. In relation to the conclusions obtained, it should be noted that the company studied has efficient human resources management adapted to its current needs,which contributes to a favorable work environment and adequate retention of talent. However, as a result of this analysis, opportunities for improvement are also seen through the implementation of new strategies that complement existing ones, especially in personnel selection processes, in order to reduce time and improve the efficiency of the process. Finally, this analysis highlights the importance of the strategic approach in the management of human resources for SMEs, particularly in sectors where specialization and product quality are determining factors for success. The use of strategic tools is essential to anticipate changes that may arise, optimize company resources and make decisions that strengthen and help maintain the competitive position of the organization.

The present work addresses the handling of personal data in the European Union, specifically focusing on the current and future challenges that arise in the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This analysis primarily focuses on the existing regulatory framework, particularly on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the recently approved European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act). The work is divided into four main sections: the first presents the problem and the study's objectives. The second analyzes the conceptual and legislative framework for data protection in the European Union and its evolution. In the third section, the challenges presented by AI in data processing are developed, with examples of real situations that have occurred in recent years and relevant penalties. The fourth section analyzes future challenges and proposes measures to ensure a balance between technological innovation and the protection of citizens' fundamental rights. Through practical cases and recent studies, this work aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the advances and challenges that the European Union faces in this field, highlighting the need for robust and ethical regulations for the sustainable development of AI.

Summary
This paper focuses on analysing various aspects related to the regulation of working time, breaks and holidays in the Spanish labour framework, both from a normative and jurisprudential perspective, taking collective bargaining into account. It examines how Spanish legislation has evolved historically to establish clear limits on the maximum working day, taking the current constitutional framework as a reference. It also addresses the different categories of time within the working day, such as effective working time, availability time and rest. In this sense, specific cases are discussed, such as bathroom breaks or shift changes. The paper also explores the regulations on rest times, including short breaks during the day, daily and weekly rest, as well as paid annual holidays. The national and European provisions are examined, in particular Directive 2003/88/EC. Finally, the recent proposal to reduce the maximum weekly working day to 37.5 hours, announced in December 2024, is discussed.
