    Mandatory insurance:
    20,69€ (Students who formally enroll in their own Postgraduate courses, Continuous Training and Training Program, will also be included the amount of mandatory accident insurance and travel assistance for USC students, as established in current regulations (Council Agreement Government June 29, 2009) and will be issued together with the 1st liquidation of registration. Except in the courses that are 100% virtuous, considered these by academic year; and in the cases in which the students have paid this same insurance in a USC degree in the current academic year.)

  • - Know the theoretical foundations of endovascular therapy in pathology of the aorta
    - Establish general guidelines on patient selection, preoperative studies and endovascular procedure strategies in the management of aortic pathology.
    - Know the theoretical foundations of mitral and aortic valve repair
    - Acquire practical training that allows the most prevalent aortic pathology to be resolved safely and efficiently
    - Acquire practical training on endovascular procedures in highly complex patients
    - Acquire practical training in valve repair techniques that allow the most prevalent valve pathology to be resolved safely and effectively.
    - Acquire practical training in complex heart surgery procedures, including cardiovascular infections and acute pathology of the ascending aorta.
    - Acquire practical training on selection criteria, implantation and monitoring of short-term cardio-respiratory support devices
    - Develop a clinical research work related to advanced cardiovascular therapies

    Theoretical: expository lessons, seminars
    Theoretical-practical: presentation and discussion of clinical cases
    Practice: participation in surgical procedures under supervision

  • Evaluation

    Continuous, theoretical and practical evaluation: attitude and acquisition of skills with patients, presentation and treatment of clinical cases and research work
