Master Thesis will cover the realization by the student of a project or study to apply the knowledge acquired during the master classes. Master work will be oriented to the application of the general competencies associated to the title.
This work could be realized with in the different laboratories associated to the master who will offer the possibility to do the work. Alternatively the students could do a theoretical work based on the subjects of the master proposed by the teachers.Get to know the structure of a research center

Ability to apply appropriate techniques to solve a problem in biomedicine, and to follow an experimental protocol independently. Acquire practical skills in a laboratory of Biomedicine in the context of group work. Bringing a neat and accessible record of the work done in the laboratory. Power public speaking and defending communicating experimental results and / or proposals.

Contingency plan
According to the document "guidelines for the development of teaching in the 2021-2022 academic year", the following scenarios for the teaching methodology and assessment system are envisioned:
Teaching will be carried out in the scenario 1 mode defined in the instruction of the Rector's Office called Contingency Plan for the development of teaching in the 2021/22 academic year and in the complementary regulations established by the Faculty of Chemistry, which entail teaching and exams in a face-to-face format.
If necessary, the modality of scenario 2 will be adapted, also defined by the aforementioned instances, for which two modalities are envisaged: 100% face-to-face, in the case of small groups, and/or the teaching organization allows it; and a combination of 50% face-to-face and 50% telematic. In the combined modality, the lecture groups will be subdivided and will have alternating face-to-face teaching, i.e. half of the students will be in the classroom and the other half will follow the class via M. Teams. The exams will preferably be taken in classroom mode.
If circumstances so dictate, scenario 3 will be used, with the closure of facilities, also defined in the aforementioned instruction from the Rector's Office, adopting the appropriate teaching and assessment methods for this scenario.
For virtual teaching, Moodle platform will be used for the final test and continuous assessment and MS Teams for interactive classes, seminars and tutorials.
In cases of fraudulent performance of exercises or tests, the provisions of the Regulations for the evaluation of student academic performance and review of grades will apply.
