Project quality management aims to ensure that the current project achieves the expected results in the most efficient way, and that the deliverables are accepted by the most relevant stakeholders. It involves overseeing all activities necessary to maintain the desired level of excellence. This includes the creation and implementation of quality planning and quality assurance, as well as quality control and improvement. To this end, the following specific objectives will be developed.
Describe the quality strategy, approach and process to be used for the project. Identify the roles and responsibilities related to project quality management. Identify the main project management artifacts and deliverables. Define the quality control and quality assurance activities and plan them throughout the project. Support agreement on project quality requirements and metrics, and the method for assessing them. Specify the methodology, standards, tools and techniques used to support quality management.
The degree's memory contemplates the following contents for this subject:

- Compare and select technical and management alternatives: Abilities or Skills
- Develop a quality management plan. Evaluating management success: Competencies
These contents will be developed according to the following agenda:
A) MASTER CLASSES
Topic 1.- Introduction to the concept of quality (1 hour)
Definition of the quality characteristics of the project (1 hour)
Topic 3.- Techniques for project quality planning (2 hours)
Development and implementation of the Quality Assurance System (2 hours)
Development and Implementation of the Quality Control System (1 hour)
Process of integration of quality in the deliverables (1 hour)
Topic 7. Final delivery acceptance process (1 hour)
Lessons learned report elaboration (1 hour)
B) INTERACTIVE TEACHING
The practices will be carried out in groups and following the work of the master's course.
Functional scheme of quality and deliverables with PM2 methodology (2 hours).
Elaboration of documentation from scope data (2 hours).
Practice 3.- Metrics development (2 hours)
Practice 4.- Review of main techniques of quality control by sampling (2 hours)
Practice 5.- Development of artifacts (2 hours)
Practice 6.- Final integration (2 hours)
C) GROUP TUTORIALS
In the group tutoring sessions, the doubts raised by the students on the problems formulated in the theoretical and practical sessions will be addressed.

Qualifications for case studies and oral examinations will be kept only during the academic year. The attendance grade will be maintained for several academic years.
A minimum grade of 4.0 will be required in each of the parts (written test and written work (of each teacher) to be practiced in order to pass the course.
These criteria are valid for the 1st and 2nd opportunity. Repeating students will be governed by the same criteria. In the case of dispensation or percentage destined to attendance and active participation, the works delivered/exhibited in regime of continuous evaluation will be transferred, passing the value of the same ones to a 40 %.
For cases of fraudulent performance of exercises or tests, the provisions of the “Regulations for the evaluation of the academic performance of students and review of grades” will apply.
The student will receive 12 hours of expository teaching and will participate in 12 hours of practice (interactive teaching), in which he/she will also be evaluated (2 hours). In addition, three hours of tutorials in small groups will be contemplated. In addition, the student will have to develop additional non face-to-face work, preparing documentation for the face-to-face classes, carrying out works of the subject, preparing the written tests object of evaluation,... 51 hours of personal work will be dedicated to these tasks

- Frequent use of tutorials for any type of question related to the subject.
