This course aims to deepen in different aspects of reactions and biochemical reactors and downstream units integrated into bioprocesses.
1.- Bioprocess analysis (based on case studies)
2.- Enzymatic and Fermentation processes. Fermentation profiles.
3.- Design and operation of bioreactors.
4.- Product separation.
5.- Conception of a process: Process diagram.
