IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HANDLE THE LABOUR LEGISLATION IN THE SUBJECT, gathered by any editorial, provided that it is updated.
-Knowledge of the national and international normative which regulates the trade union freedom.
-Knowledge of the contents of union trade freedom.
-Knowledge of the election and constitution, functioning, competences and the powers of the organs of unitary and trade union representation. Knowledge of the guarantees of the members.
-Knowledge of the type of collective or agreement pacts and its efficiency.
-Knowledge related to the negotiation of the called “statutory” agreement (parts and legitimating; contents; procedure of negotiation; good negotiation faith; deposit; register and publication; come into force; concurrence; impugnation and administration).
-Knowledge of the different types of job conflict and the identificational elements of the collective conflict.
-Knowledge of the measures of collective conflict, especially the strike and employers closing.
-Knowledge of the procedures of solution of the collective conflicts.
-Ability to advice and represent workers and businessmen and its respective organizations.
-Ability to advice and represent in the processes of collective negotiation and in collective conflicts of job.
Theoretical on-site classes, practical classes, organization of seminars and conferences. Recommended readings.
Final written exam. It will be valued the active participation in seminars and practices and the attendance to conferences and other complementary activities.
Se considera imprescindible dedicar al estudio de la materia, como mínimo, 70 horas efectivas.
La inasistencia a clase, el no realizar las actividades docentes programadas y el dejar para el final el estudio de la materia limitan extraordinariamente las posibilidades de superarla.
Con el fin de facilitar la resolución de las dudas, los profesores responsables de la materia atenderán a los alumnos, además de en el horario "oficial" de tutoría, en cualquier otro momento en el que estén libres. La atención se realizará en los despachos de que disponen los profesores en la Facultad de Derecho y en la Facultad de Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
