Provide the student with the necessary tools to:
1. understand scientific texts, written or oral, in English, on the subjects to be studied;
2. describe and comment, orally and in writing, in English, on scientific concepts;
3. recognize and use, correctly and appropriately, the English vocabulary related to the subjects to be studied.The course is organized mainly around two tasks: applying reading techniques to understand texts and scientific conferences, and planning and structuring texts in English (mainly essays) that develop the ability of written expression.
