Diana Santiago Iglesias is a Contracted Doctoral Professor in the area of Administrative Law. Her research interests include local law, public services, administrative contracting, and administrative organization.
She has held several stays in international reference centers and has participated continuously, since the beginning of her academic career, in research projects financed through public calls on a competitive basis, both as a principal investigator and a member of the research team. Thus, she was principal investigator of the project ‘Legal instruments for the fight against depopulation in rural areas’. She is the author of the books Las sociedades de economía mixta como forma de gestión de los servicios públicos locales and La jurisprudencia y su función en el ordenamiento jurídico administrativo. She has written multiple articles and book chapters, both in Spain and abroad, published in impact journals and internationally prestigious publishers.
