Training and development

The USC recognises in its bylaws the right of its entire staff to continuous training, with the aim of guaranteeing a constant improvement of their skills for the performance of their work.

The career development of research staff, in each of its different stages, is a priority, and for this, continuous training programmes and actions are designed, both at a transversal level for all the university's research teams, and from each of the Singular research centres and research institutes to facilitate the continuous training of their teams.

USC's training programme for its research staff includes more than 100 annual activities, both in subjects directly related to the scientific disciplines in which they carry out their research and in transversal skills, essential to develop their full potential as professionals.

More information about the training offer and activities for the development of the research career at the USC and its research centres and institutes can be found at the following links.
