Administration and Services Personnel Planning Subarea

The Administration and Services Personnel Planning Subarea is a technical support unit to the Management for the development of the administrative and services staff policy, focusing its activity mainly on the planning of the workforces, the provision of posts and recruitment for the necessary human resources.

Its main functions are the evaluation of staff needs, definition of job profiles, preparation of proposals for staff needs, preparation of job offers, management of recruitment processes and filling of positions and, finally, technical and administrative support and back-up duties for recruitment boards and the filling of posts.

At the same time, the Department is responsible for preparing proposals for regulations, reports, statements or studies that support the governing bodies for decision-making, as well as providing information to the representative bodies of the USC.
